Though reacting may get you somewhere, not reacting gets you further. Further than just somewhere. When you think before you react you start to learn how to respond. This will safe you a lot of trouble. Don´t just react. You are an intelligent being having a human experience. Think before you speak, check in with yourself and with others. Make sure you are mindful and aware of what is really going on. Do not just rush through doors to parties you are not invited to. Respect boundaries and reflect on the thought of them to get a sense of why boundaries are important and what they are for. Make sure you spend time refining your sensitivity to them. Don´t be a slop. And on the other hand, if you are a righteous person, keep in mind to protect your rights. Do not compromise them to avoid confict. Your human rights to live a decent and just life are tight to your awareness of personal boundaries. Do not cross the boundaries of others and stay firm inside your own.

Keep your integrity at all cost, for you have to live with the repercussions of your actions and you do not want to waste your time cleaning up after yourself. We can inhance our lifes and the lifes of others, or we can do the opposite. Choose mindfullness over reactivity, patience over haste. And whatever you do, stay away from assumptions. So, ground into reality by considering the totality of others into your perspective of the world. We all are sons and daughters of parents that hope their children will be respected in this world. Do not be the blurr in someones focus. Refuse to sell yourself short. Never allow to be taken advantage of. Reject the idea of sacrifice. Turn down invitations of gossip. Stop your tendency of assumption. Stay grounded in reality, in integrity. This is the surest way to keep healthy boundaries and aid to the human experience. You do not have the power to control other people and what they do, but you sure can control your own actions. What you do is your choice. Choose wisely.
